Location: Fort Meade, Maryland area.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required.

This a part-time and/or surge position: You work part-time and may be asked to increase your hours for short periods to support program management missions.

Position Functions:

  • Track and document changes to Program support contracts and associated TTOs (i.e., tracking changes to the funding sources and balancing against estimated needs for the remainder of the year).
  • Track/edit/update program requirements in Plan-IT Tool
  • Preparation/update of quarterly reporting documentation
  • Access source system of record financial systems/tools as required
  • Engage with BFM and CM team members as required
  • Maintain acquisition documentation
  • Provide assistance to designated COR-T(s) as needed

Requirements: 

  • Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
